Leisa MacIntosh is a founding partner and COO at Title & Deed with more than 25 years in practice and prior service as a senior partner at MacGillivray Law. At Title & Deed, Leisa focuses on building a predictable, service‑led real estate practice—turning feedback from Realtors and clients into workflows that keep files moving.

Jesse MacLean leads Title & Deed’s residential and commercial real estate practice from the New Glasgow office, working with clients and partners across Nova Scotia. With over 4,000 property transactions closed, he’s known for delivering a smooth, predictable experience that keeps closings on time and aligned with Realtor timelines.

Deepali helps buyers, sellers, and refinance clients close with confidence. With 10+ years of legal experience across Canada and India and two LL.M. degrees, she combines rigorous training with hands on real estate file work. Deepali serves clients in English and Hindi.

Danielle Mourad focuses on residential and commercial real estate. Danielle also serves Francophone clients and offers service in Arabic (Lebanese), adding a helpful bridge for developers and brokerages with diverse teams.

Sasha has more than two decades of experience as a property paralegal—specializing in property migrations. Sasha is the first point of connection for many of our clients—a role she carries out with professionalism and a genuine commitment to making the process clear and stress-free.

Leah Baverstock is a paralegal with Title & Deed. She has 20 years of property experience including acquisitions, dispositions and financing. She has an extensive background in commercial financing transactions. Being a Commissioner of Oaths, she is able to assist the community in this capacity.

Kim MacInnis is a paralegal at Title & Deed with over 20 years of experience in the legal field. She supports the team in achieving optimal efficiency and results. Being a Commissioner of Oaths, she is able to assist the community in this capacity.

Jody Ringuette is a paralegal with Title & Deed. She moved from Ontario to Pictou County in 2017 and brings with her over 20 years of knowledge and experience. Being a Commissioner of Oaths, she is able to assist the community in this capacity.

Pyper is an Administrative and Legal Assistant at Title & Deed. Pyper supports the real estate team and assists with the firm’s day-to-day operations. She enjoys assisting clients and helping manage legal files and transactions.

Drawing on her experience in Public Relations and Graphic Design, Annecy supports the Title & Deed team with creative content and strategic solutions. Her work helps keep communications accessible, professional, and on-brand across all platforms.
